Returning Officials

Please do the following to ensure you are set for the season:

1.  Complete the renewal application, see below, or click here.  Fill out the application, sign, and hit the submit button and it will automatically route to our V.P. of Membership, Don Goldstein.  

2.  If your JLA cards have expired, or about to expire, contact  Don Goldstein.  You will not receive assignments if your JLA cards have expired.  FHSAA now requires this information in their application process.

3.  Payments accepted by our Treasurer, Rich Bavilacqua.  Accepted payments are Electronic, Cash, Check, and Money Orders.  Contact Rich!
