Returning Officials

Please do the following to ensure you are set for the season:

1.  Complete the renewal application, see below.   Complete the HCUA Membership application, see below.  Fill out the application, sign, and hit the submit button and it will automatically route to our V.P. of Membership, Don Goldstein.  

2.  Confirm with Don Goldstein to ensure he has legible copies of your JLA cards.  Get them renewed if needed.  No games if your JLA cards have expired.  

3.  Payments accepted by our Treasurer, Rich Bavilacqua.  Accepted payments are Electronic, Cash, Check, and Money Orders.  Contact Rich!
